Joe Berry joined GO-EDC in April 2011 as Project Manager. His primary role with the organization is to coordinate private investment efforts for Downtown Owensboro. Prior to coming to GO-EDC, Joe served as an economic and community development planner at the Green River Area Development District for two years. Joe is an Owensboro native, and holds a BA in History from Transylvania University and an MPA from Western Kentucky University. He has completed courses in Economic Development Finance and is a graduate of the Kentucky Institute for Economic Development.
