Trusteeship Investment Program

Trustee-Level Investment is based on the following investment levels per type of business. All trustee investors are invited to participate in the quarterly meetings of the EDC Trustee Committee. The EDC Governing Board of Directors and staff will seek input from the Trustee Committee on matters such as Governing Board nominations, economic development strategy, community and economic development initiatives and planning issues. The Chair-Elect of the Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation serves as Chair of the Trustee Committee.

Trusteeship Investment Levels

• Banks and Credit Unions - .00005 percent deposit share.
• Homebuilders and Realtors - $10,000 contribution tied to the dues of the Homebuilders Association and Owensboro Board of Realtors with each association holding a seat.
• All other businesses contribution based on number of employees in four units,

  a) under 10- $1,000;
  b) under 50 - $2,500;
  c) between 50 and 100 - $5,000
  d) over 100 - $10,000
