eMERGING VENTURES provides technical support and start-up assistance to entrepreneurs, scientists, and small business people perfecting and maturing their ideas and business concepts. Emerging Ventures is part of Kentucky's Innovation and Commercialization Process.

eMERGING VENTURES partners with agencies who share their resources to help build and grow the region's business base.

These partners include Owensboro Small Business Development Center-Murray State University, Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation, Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE), to name a few. They provide access to services such as financing, business plan development, management consulting, technology transfer as well as research and development.

eMERGING VENTURES offers office space and infrastructure, assistance and advocacy through the permitting process and networking opportunities.
