The Greater Owensboro Venture Club began in the spring of 2007 to bring entrepreneurs and investors together in a professional but relaxed forum. The quarterly meetings offer both groups the opportunity to make valuable contacts, exchange information, and pursue mutual business opportunities. An important purpose of the Club is to help facilitate and encourage the expansion of business and commercial investment activities in the region.

Luncheon meetings are held quarterly at The Springs Conference Center from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM CST.

Each meeting features:

• One minute presentations from any entrepreneur in attendance looking for investor support for a business idea.

• Three five minute presentations of entrepreneurs with complete business plans seeking funding for business opportunities, these presentations are screened and selected based on the return on investment potential.

• A keynote speaker with a powerful message for investors and entrepreneurs.

• Membership Is Open

The Greater Owensboro Venture Club is part of the Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation. Annual dues of $100 include the monthly luncheons.   You may attend meetings without joining at a rate of $25 per meeting.  A Membership Application is available on our website at www.owensboroventureclub.com.
