Schools

Two public school systems, Owensboro Public Schools and Daviess County Public Schools, plus the Owensboro Catholic School system comprise the K-12 education system in the community. Test scores in all three school systems are routinely above state and national averages on standardized test scores in all subject areas. Heritage Christian and Majesty Christian operate Christian schools providing education from preschool to middle school and preschool to high school, respectively.
