The Greater Owensboro area is part of the Green River Area Development District and is fortunate to have excellent working relationships with other communities in our region. In Hancock County we have access to the best riverfront industrial property in the State, we are partners in Bluegrass Crossings Business Centre, and we have close ties with the 4-county partnership known as Northwest KY Forward.

Not only do we work with communities on the south side of the Ohio River but we also have developed close ties to the communities on the north side of the river. Evansville/Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Spencer Counties all have unique characteristics that benefit our entire region. These partnerships allow us to capitalize on the strengths of our region to meet your needs.
