Participants in the program will:

How the Program Works
Step 1: Apply Online
Complete a short application sharing your background, goals, industry, and what you hope to gain from the mentorship experience.
Step 2: Mentor Matching
Applicants are thoughtfully matched based on experience, industry, interests, and compatibility to encourage productive and meaningful connections.
Step 3: Commit to Growth
Over the course of six months, mentors and mentees meet regularly to discuss goals, track progress, and work through challenges together.
As an added benefit, Elevate Owensboro will cover the first coffee meeting between mentors and mentees.
