Owensboro, KY MSA Ranks in America’s Top 10 Manufacturing Hubs

The Owensboro, KY MSA has been named one of the “Top 10 Manufacturing Hubs” for cities with a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) fewer than 150,000 people. The Metro Rankings were conducted by Business Facilities Magazine and were published in the July/August 2022 Issue. Owensboro earned the No. 6 spot in the country’s Top 10 Manufacturing Hubs (Small MSAs) and was the only city from Kentucky named in the rankings. Owensboro was named in the Top 10 among nine other cities across the country: Columbus, Indiana; Sheboygan, Wisconsin; Lima, Ohio; Decatur, Illinois; Kankakee, Illinois; Napa, California; Morristown, Tennessee; Dalton, Georgia; and Kokomo, Indiana.
