Photo Release

I hereby grant permission to Elevate Owensboro, the Greater Owensboro Economic Development Corporation, and its representatives to take and use photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images of me for the following purposes:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media platforms
• Websites and newsletters
• Educational and informational publications
• Press releases and public relations

I agree that these materials may be used in perpetuity without further notification, compensation, or approval. I also understand that these images may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.

I acknowledge that:
• Participation is voluntary, and I may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice.
• This release applies to all forms of media, now known or later developed.
• Elevate Owensboro will not use images in a way that misrepresents me or the purpose of the program.
