The P.A.C.T. Program (Partners Advancing Community Together) is a tiered partnership initiative that connects businesses with Puzzle Pieces to promote disability awareness, community involvement, and inclusive employment.

The program offers three levels of engagement—Community Connector, Mission Builder, and Workforce Ally—each with flexible, menu-style options so businesses can choose how they want to get involved.

Whether it’s through volunteering, sponsorship, or hiring individuals with disabilities, the P.A.C.T. Program helps companies make a meaningful impact while strengthening workplace culture and community connection.
